Delivered Monday to Friday, by Pallet delivery service, treated, constructed and ready to site. Two people need to be available on delivery to move the item to where it is to be sited. The delivery service are only contracted to deliver to kerbside, as near to the property as they can get.
Please make sure the surface is sound and level prior to delivery. Construction is included in the cost, as is treating with preservative (it can be left untreated if required for example if you are planning to paint your store).
Delivery is via a pallet courier economy service and costs £35 mainland UK for delivery of 1 to 3 days from dispatch. We can request a day but cannot guarantee it. You can have a guaranteed specific date and morning delivery for an extra £18 (£53).
A Saturday delivery costs an extra £35 (£70). Evening delivery by courier usually costs about £55.
Highland and Islands
There is an extra charge for courier delivery to Highlands and Islands, please contact us first to arrange this. The delivery cost will be around £110 for one constructed woodstore. Telephone 01562 864114 to get a quote, or email customerservice@woodstores.co.uk
Local Delivery
Within approximately 50 miles of Kidderminster. Delivery can be arranged to within a 2 hour timeframe, and includes weekends.
Ready constructed where the item will be delivered and sited but we do need someone to take delivery and help move the store. Please make sure the surface is sound and level prior to delivery.
Construction is included in the cost, as is treating with preservative if required.
Live a little bit further away? Contact us, as we still may be able to send 2 people with your delivery for a small extra charge, and they will construct and site your log store for you. But you must send them back, as I will need them for other deliveries. One delivery charge, however many items ordered in the same delivery. This can include our special offer of a load of logs.

Collection by Arrangement
You are more than welcome to collect your items from us. Just call to make arrangements. Please bear in mind the wood stores are very heavy (can be up to 200kg for large bespoke) and need a suitable vehicle for transportation of heavy items, a car just won't do it for anything bigger than the Recycle bin stores! We recommend that you treat with a wood preservative every year, at the end of the burning season give 2 coats of preservative, and this will both maintain the look of the store and ensure it remains usable for many years.
